Background

Passionate about sport, I followed a university course at the end of which I obtained a Master APAS. I also have an IFAS diploma in nutrition and dietetics. My APAS Master's degree led me to work in the medical field where I practice as a sports teacher in collaboration with a team of therapists.

I regularly practice a wide variety of physical activities including streetworkout, weight training, and many team sports, sliding sports and racquet sports. I am also a Thai boxing coach. My university education combined with my daily practice allow me to cultivate this sports versatility both on a theoretical and practical level.

It is by focusing on strength, flexibility, mobility and athleticism that I am able to preserve my clients' independence and thus improve their quality of life. I also consider physical activity as an essential pillar for the strengthening of the body and as a lever for psychological well-being.
